Returns on this item are only accepted if the plush has not been removed from its air tight sealed bag.

Once the item has been removed from the air tight seal, it is then considered a "used" product and will no longer be able to be returned.

Cleanup on this little guy is very simple. Just get hot water and soap, and apply it to the area that was stained.

Be sure to rub the soapy water in pretty thoroughly. Then just let it sit to dry.
